RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

You can return Naukabout products that you purchased direct from us that is unworn and unwashed in original packaging for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the ship date. Items damaged after receipt will not be accepted for return or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged through our Naukabout.com Customer Service and a Return Authorization Form & RA# are required. We reserve the right to limit returns.

Important Notes:

We cannot accept C.O.D.

You must include a return address.

All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

How to return items purchased through Naukabout.com:

1. Call or e-mail Naukabout.com Customer Service
2. Obtain Return Authorization Form & RA#.
2. Pack your return with the completed printed RA Form.
3. Print and attach the Return Shipping Label and send it to:
